For the restaurant, Play-In, and Bowling, we are looking for a Service Manager (m/f) to strengthen our service team.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all service staff.
• Greet customers courteously and seat them at their table.
• Present the menu and advise customers on dishes and drinks.
• Take orders and transmit them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks professionally.
• Clear tables and ensure the cleanliness of the dining area.
• Process payments and manage the cash register if necessary.
• Respond to customer requests and handle any complaints.
• Customer service and hospitality skills.
• Guest registration for bowling, skittles, and billiards.
• Good rapport with children and adults.
• All daily closing tasks.
• Receiving deliveries, unpacking, and storing goods.
• Troubleshooting issues with various games.
• Ensures the smooth operation of the various areas under their responsibility.
• Inventory management and placing potential orders (food and supplies).
• Ensures the proper functioning of technical equipment and knowledge of its use.
• Ensures proper setup and cleanliness of the rooms.
• Listens to customers and provides appropriate responses to their requests.
• Checks beverages and their correct billing.

The Service Manager role requires dynamism and versatility, with often flexible but sometimes demanding hours (evening, weekend, and public holiday work).
