To ensure the proper upkeep of our facilities and the smooth operation of our games, we are looking for a Concierge.

Responsibilities

• General concierge duties, such as minor independent repairs,
  preparation for renovation work, and exterior tasks.
• Receiving goods.
• Maintenance of the indoor play area.
• Maintenance of bowling lanes, skittle alley, and other games.
• Monitoring the condition of the building and the operation of technical facilities.
• Independent repair of minor faults.

Required Skills

• A trade qualification is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Class B driving license.
• Ability to work independently.
• Completed vocational training in a craft or
  extensive knowledge and experience in craftsmanship.
• Knowledge in the areas of: Maintenance, repair, upkeep, home automation, and electrical engineering.
• Flexibility.
• Analytical and efficient work, proactiveness
• Good technical understanding and learning ability.
