All In Family Fun Center is a Luxembourgish family business that strives daily for customer satisfaction.

For the restaurant, Play-In, and Bowling, we are looking for a Server (m/f) to strengthen our service team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and seat them at their table.
• Present the menu and advise customers on dishes and drinks.
• Take orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks professionally.
• Clear tables and ensure the cleanliness of the dining area.
• Process payments and manage the cash register if necessary.
• Respond to customer requests and handle any complaints.
• Strong sense of service and hospitality.
• Guest registration for bowling, skittles, and billiards.
• Good rapport with children and adults.
• All daily closing tasks.
• Receiving deliveries, unpacking, and storing goods.
• Troubleshooting various games.

The server role requires dynamism and versatility, with often flexible but sometimes demanding hours (evening, weekend, and holiday work).

Required Skills

• Good memory and efficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
• Patience, friendliness, and stress resistance.
• Proficiency in IT tools (cash register, computer).
• Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Team spirit and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in French and Luxembourgish (English and/or German is a plus).
